Bryan Burnstein is a leader in performance strategy and youth program development, serving as the Vice President of Program Development and Youth Performance Management at The Circus Arts Conservatory. With a career spanning over two decades at the intersection of elite sports, business, and circus arts, Bryan brings a wealth of expertise in optimizing performance, fostering innovation, and integrating research-driven methodologies while preserving tradition.
Before joining the Conservatory, Bryan played a pivotal role in performance management in the Ontario Hockey League, at Cirque du Soleil, and at Kitman Labs where he specialized in data-driven decision-making, building and managing strategic partnerships, and elite athlete development. A published researcher and international speaker, Bryan has contributed to advancing best practices in performance management and data-driven decision-making.
He holds a Bachelors in Sports Medicine, a Master of Science in Human Performance and Injury Prevention and an Executive Leadership certification from Oxford.
At The Circus Arts Conservatory, Bryan is dedicated to shaping the future of circus education, ensuring that young performers have the tools, structure, and support to thrive on both national and global stages.
