Class focus is on swing development, body awareness, strength development and swinging unassisted. Depending on participant experience level – positions to the net will be explored. This recreational class is great for everyone – travelers, bucket listers, amateur circus artists and everything in between! Requirements: No experience necessary! Ages 6 and up.
