Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to pre-register?

Pre-registering is required due to limited class sizes, equipment availability and safety.  When you pre-register you also pay. Our  arena staff and coaches do not handle payments. All payments and registration goes through Mind Body.

How do I register and how will I know I’m signed up for a class?

It’s easy! Just click Register Now on any of the class pages. You will go to Mind Body where you can see all the classes available and the scheduled days and times for each class.  Select the class you want to join and then pay. You can see below each class how many spots are currently available.

You will receive TWO emails, 1. a purchase receipt and 2. a confirmation email with the name of the person signed up for the class. If multiple people are signed up correctly you will receive a confirmation email for each person registered.

Be sure to add a family member if you are signing up someone else for the class. If you are signing up more than one person for a class you will need to add the other person(s) to your Mind Body as a family member. Then be sure to add each person to the class. If you do not do this you will not have spots reserved for everyone in your group.

If the class is full can I still get in?

No, our class sizes are limited for safety reasons, equipment availability and space in the arena.  If the class is full you may sign up for another day/time.

The class, day and time I want is full, what can I do?

Keep checking Mind Body. Clients may cancel a class reservation up to 24 hours before the class start time.

If a client cancels you will be able to take the spot.  If its less than 24 hours of the class start time clients are not able to cancel.

How do I know if I have signed up for a class and I have a spot reserved?

If you have signed up yourself or your  group properly you will receive the following automated emails from Mind Body

  1. Purchase receipt
  2. Confirmation email with the NAME of the person taking the class.
  3. You can click on your Schedule in Mind Body (if you have family members in your account, you will not be able to see their schedules)

If you have multiple people signed up you will receive a confirmation email for EACH individual person signed up. If you do not receive the emails contact Tonia@circusarts,org or 941-355-9335 ext 326.

Do you allow walk ins?

No, pre-registration is required as our arena staff does not handle payments and the class may already be full.

There are not enough spots left in the class for my group, can we all still take the class?

No, if a class is full or doesn’t have enough spots left, you will need to choose another day/time, or you may schedule a private class.

The class has different levels, how do I know what level I am?

You can take a beginner class and the coach will access your level and discuss with you after class.

Silks clients may fill out a placement questionnaire. Email Tonia@circusarts.org for the form.

Clients are only allowed to take intermediate or advanced classes with a CAC coach approval.
