Aerial Straps Workshop
The aerial straps workshop at The CAC brings together over 20 years of coaching experience into the beautiful 30,000 square foot Sailor Circus Arena in Sarasota, Florida.

Coaches: Darren Trull, Olga Coronas
Prerequisites: Must have previous aerial experience.
- Able to do at least 5 pull-ups
- 10 push-ups
- invert upside down
Class size: Maximum of 10 students
Darren Trull was a gymnast in Canada for 16 years and has an International Business Degree from the john Molson School of Business in Montreal. In 2010, he joined Cirque du Soleil an had performed in 3 Cirque du Soleil and 2 Franco Dragone shows. His specialty is Aerial Straps but he also performs Chinese Pole, Cradle, Parkour, Russian Swing, Bungees, Cyr Wheel, and more.
Olga Coronas hails from Rudnii, Kazakhstan. When she was 6 years old she began training in a wide range of circus disciplines at the local Youth Circus in Rudnii, and soon decided that would be her life. She eventually attended the Circus Arts College in Almaty, where she graduated as a circus aerialist after four years of training. An accomplished artist, Olga shows also a keen interest in contemporary dance. Among other venues in Europe, she has also been featured at the prestigious Almaty Circus, and at Liana Orfei’s Golden Circus in Italy – where she was also a guest performer at the Carnavale Of Venice and “Le Plus Grand Cabaret Du Monde” Paris, France. In the U.S. she has appeared with Neil Goldberg’s Cirque Productions, Ringling Brothers and Barnum&Bailey, Special circus project for Nikon, Lone Star Circus, NCL cruise ships guest entertainer, The Vampire circus, Circus Circus casino, Cirque Des Voix, and many many more.

Registration Information
Pre Registration is required
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time.
Wear athletic clothing (Leggings, Fitted Shirt, Socks)
Please remove all jewelry prior to class start.
Bring a water container to fill.
WAIVERS:
The Circus Arts Conservatory requires any person entering campus to fill out our Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 and General Liability Waiver. You will receive a link to this waiver with your receipt upon payment.
You must fill out these forms prior to visiting our campus. Printed versions of these forms will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants: If the class minimum is not met the workshop may be cancelled. If the CAC cancels all registered students will receive a full refund. If cancellation is necessary, full refunds less a $50 processing fee may be issued until May 25, 2023. After May 25, 2023 there will be no refunds.

• From Interstate 75- Take exit 210 heading West on Fruitville Rd/Historic Florida 780 W. Turn left (South) onto North Tuttle Avenue. Turn right (West) onto Bahia Vista Street. Our arena is located on the right with Parking available in the Sarasota High School parking lot adjacent to the east side of the building.
