Chris Allison’s love for circus life began with a school trip to the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and led to his enrollment in the Ringling Bros.’ famed Clown College, then touring with The Greatest Show on Earth® for eleven years, including three years as the Boss Clown. After performing throughout the U.S., Europe, China, Hong Kong, and Mexico, Allison relocated to Orlando, where he spent eight years entertaining guests at Walt Disney World’s BoardWalk Inn Resort as Coney Island Chris, blending classic sideshow stunts, circus skills, and physical comedy. Allison has also appeared on America’s Got Talent, The Late Show with David Letterman, Oprah, The Today Show, MTV’s Road Rules, and more. Today, Chris shares his family-friendly variety show with audiences everywhere and bringing his big-top energy to Circus Sarasota.
