FLYING TRAPEZE
CAC flying trapeze classes offer a safe and thrilling experience of this incredible circus art, suitable for all fitness levels. Improve body awareness and build physical strength while flying through the air with the greatest of ease! Classes are offered for one-time thrill-seekers, beginning students or advanced pre-professionals. All students are harnessed to safety lines controlled by our highly trained staff as they learn the basics of swinging tricks while developing body awareness, physical strength, and timing!

 


SILKS
Classes include warm ups, stretching and conditioning.  This class is great for building upper body strength, coordination and body awareness. In Beginner Silks Class, you will learn how to safely build your foundation of aerial training by learning on the ground and then bringing it up in the air.  Basic climbs, foot locks, simple sequences and drops are some of the skills you will learn. Intermediate students will learn more wraps, drops, poses, longer sequences, transitions in between tricks and will work on consistency, and Advanced students will focus on creativity and musicality and will begin choreographing your routines by finding your flow in the air.

 


AERIAL LYRA
Learn how to perform on an Aerial Lyra – develop your upper body strength and aerial awareness, connect your skills, and spin. Beginners will discover how to build a foundation for safe aerial training on the Lyra. The classes include warm-ups, stretching, and conditioning exercises, which are great for building upper-body strength, coordination, and body awareness.

 


TRAMPOLINE FITNESS
Beginning Acro / Trampoline students will learn the basics of competitive & circus trampoline techniques. We will learn how to control the trampoline for maximum height and control, learning levels 1-5 in competitive trampolining. Intermediate students move on to competitive trampoline routines levels 6-10; height, technique, and difficulty are increased and wall trampoline will be introduced when time permits. Adult Fitness classes focus on switching up your workouts in a fun way. Trampoline workouts
build strength using multiple muscles in every technique, Improve bone density and balance, increase heart health and relieve stress.


YOUTH SAMPLER
This one-hour starter class for ages 6-15 focuses on developing core motor skills and body awareness utilizing a multitude of areas of the circus – balance, object manipulation, aerial arts and acrobatics. Activities include Low Wire, Rolling Globes, Hammock, Acrobatics, Trampoline and much more!
