No, we do not take walk-ins. Pre-registration is required as our arena staff does not handle payments and the class may already be full.

Pre-registering is required due to limited class sizes, equipment availability and safety. Limiting class sizes gives clients an optimal experience.

When you pre-register, you also pay. Our  arena staff and coaches do not handle payments. All payments and registration goes through MindBody.

Students should register for a beginner class first. The coach will assess your level and discuss it with you after class.

Students are only allowed to take intermediate or advanced classes with a CAC coach approval.

Silks clients may fill out a placement questionnaire. Email Register@circusarts.org for the form.

If you have signed up yourself or your  group properly you will receive the following automated emails from Mind Body

1. Purchase receipt
2. Confirmation email with the NAME of the person taking the class.
3. You can click on your Schedule in Mind Body (if you have family members in your account, you will not be able to see their schedules)

If you have multiple people signed up you will receive a confirmation email for EACH individual person signed up. If you do not receive the emails contact register@circusarts,org or 941-355-9335 ext 326.

No, our class sizes are limited for safety reasons, equipment availability and space in the arena.  If the class is full, you may sign up for another day/time.

No, if a class is full or doesn’t have enough spots left, you will need to choose another day/time, or you may schedule a private class.

Be sure to schedule your classes before they expire! Single Classes and 5-Packs expire 90 days from date of purchase. 10-Packs expire 120 days from date of purchase. Gift Certificates expire 12 months from date of purchase.

If an email address or cell phone number is associated with the student who is registered for class, cancellation notice will be sent to that email and/or cell phone number.

You can also go to The CAC MindBody schedule and look at the class schedule for the day. If the class is still listed for that day, then it will be held. If you do not see it, it has been canceled.

Once you have registered and signed the waiver, it’s time to go to class!

• Check the MindBody site after noon on the day of class (or noon on Friday for Saturday classes) to make sure class will be held.
• Wear comfortable athletic clothing with socks. Women can wear leotards and tights or fitted shirts and leggings.
• Do not wear jewelry.
• Bring a water bottle–you can refill it in the arena.
• Come to the Sailor Circus Arena (2075 Bahia Vista St) and park in the SHS lot, east of the arena.
• Enjoy!
