Read Before You Register!

Here’s what you need to know to sign up for Recreational Classes at The CAC!

BEFORE CLASS

REGISTRATION: Pre-registration is required for ALL CAC classes. Class sizes are limited due to space, equipment, staff, and safety. If a class is full, the client must select another day/time to attend.

PAYMENTS: The Arena staff does not take payments. All payments are due at the time of registration through Mind Body.

What Level Should I Choose? If you are taking a class for the first time, sign up for the Beginner Level. The coach of your Beginner class will assess your level and let you know what level to sign up for moving forward. Assessments can only be done during regularly scheduled classes; all classes have age prerequisites. 

How Will I Know if Class Is Canceled? Any class with fewer than two (2) enrolled students will be canceled at noon on the day of the class and at noon on Fridays for Saturday classes.

Notification: Enrolled Students will receive an automated email or text notification if their profile includes an email address and mobile number, and they have opted in for these notifications. 

To receive a cancellation notification, clients must have the following details in their profile:

– Email address – Mobile number – Opted to receive notifications

Check MindBody: You can also check the schedule after 12:30 pm on MindBody to see if the class is canceled.

AT CLASS TIME

• Classes may not always follow a regular schedule. Check MindBody for daily schedules. The class will not be in MindBody if it is not scheduled.
• Classes are held at The Sailor Circus Arena, 2075 Bahia Vista St. | Sarasota, FL (Click For Map)
• Parking is available in the High School lot adjacent to the arena. The lot to the west of the arena is reserved solely for staff.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS:

• Arrive 15 minutes before class start time. Please do not be earlier or late. Class will begin and end at its scheduled time.
• Wear athletic clothing, like leggings, a fitted shirt, socks.
• Remove all jewelry before class starts.
• Bring a water container. You can fill or refill it in the arena. 
• Students must meet class age requirements (prerequisites) to take this class, with no exceptions.

AFTER CLASS

Enjoy more circus fun by signing up for a Discount Package! Purchase  5 or 10 classes at a discounted rate and schedule them at your convenience!

Be sure to schedule your classes before they expire.
Single Classes & 5-Packs expire 90 days from date of purchase.
10-Packs expire 120 days from date of purchase.
Gift Certificates expire 12 months from date of purchase.

Rescheduling private classes and packages can only be done once. Subsequently, a fee of $20 will be charged for classes and $50 for parties.
