Experience a FREE afternoon of classic circus music, performed LIVE by nearly 100 musicians from around the country. They will play for the first half of the show. After intermission, 30 musicians will back up a performance by our own Sailor Circus students. There will be 10 different acts. This performance is the culmination of the Windjammers’ annual weeklong convention here in The Circus Capital Of The World.
The show will begin at 1:30 pm, it will run approximately 2 hours with an intermission.
Tickets are not needed for this general admission, first-come / first-seated community outreach show, held at The Sailor Circus Arena, 2075 Bahia Vista Street, Sarasota, FL.
Windjammers Unlimited is a not-for-profit historical music society, dedicated to the preservation of traditional music of the circus. Windjammers brings back memories of the Golden Age Of Circus and keeps this music alive for future generations of circus fans.
