The Circus Arts Conservatory is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit educational organization, based in Sarasota, Florida.
Return Policy
Custom merchandise is not refundable. Unused stock merchandise in new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full merchandise total. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Damaged or defective items may be returned for exchange at the seller’s expense.
Quantities of merchandise may be limited and are not guaranteed to be restocked if sold out. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.
Performance tickets and/or class fees are not refundable.
If you need to return an item please email store@CircusArts.org to initiate the return process. You will receive return/exchange instructions via email.
