How do I buy tickets?

The fastest and easiest way to purchase tickets for any CAC event is on-line!

Call the Box Office at 941-355-9805?

Phone hours are Monday – Friday, from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, and also on performance days until 60 minutes before the start of each performance.
Outside these calling hours, you may leave a voice mail and an agent will return your call as soon as possible.

How can I buy tickets before everyone else?
CLICK HERE to join The CAC Email Club to receive ticket news two weeks in advance of the general public.  

What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express and debit cards are all accepted at The CAC Box Office.
A $7.00 per order transaction fee is applied to all orders paid by credit/debit card.
Tickets purchased at the box office with cash or check will not be charged this transaction fee.

Is there wheelchair accessible seating?
Yes. When purchasing your tickets in person or by phone, be sure to tell the agent that someone in your party needs wheelchair or disability access. Disability permit parking is available at all our venues.

Does my child need a ticket?
All children over the age of two require a ticket. Children under the age of two, may sit on the lap of a ticket-holder at no additional charge. 

What if I’m late or can’t attend the show at all?
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. 
Late-comers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager in a seat of the House Manager’s selection. You may move to your original ticketed seats at intermission or between acts at the discretion of the House Manager.

Can I look at my actual seats before I buy?
No, but seating charts are available on-line and at the Box Office.

Why does The CAC Box Office need my contact information when I buy a ticket?
Your contact information is collected for verification when purchasing with a credit/debit card, or in the event of a problem with your order, or to notify you in case a show is cancelled or postponed. We respect your privacy! The CAC does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise allow other entities access to its mailing list and email list.


At The Show…

Will there be food and beverages?
We offer traditional circus fare, including hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, sno-cones, pretzels, baked goods, soda and bottled water.  Beer and wine is also available at most performances. Food or beverages may not be brought in from the outside.

Is there a smoking section?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in our facilities.

May I bring my pet?
Bona fide, trained, housebroken service dogs are the only animals permitted in our venues. Your animal must be under your control at all times and must wear a harness and leash. If the animal becomes a public nuisance or menace, you may be asked to change seats or leave the show, at the discretion of the House Manager. 

How do find something I’ve lost?
If you haven’t left the performance, please ask for the House Manager, who will attempt to find your lost item. Patrons are not allowed backstage or under seats at any time.
Once you have left or the venue has closed, please call the Box Office Manager at 941-355-9335, ext. 367. If the Box Office is closed, please leave a voice message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Are photography, audio recording and video recording allowed?
Recording is permitted at most performances, as long as it is for personal use and not for commercial gain. Such recording should be made discreetly from your seat. Flash photography and bright lights are never permitted. Persons whose activities disturb other audience members may be asked to cease such activities or be subject to ejection.

Where can I park?

Sailor Circus Arena. During non-school hours, free parking is available in the Sarasota High School parking lot on the east side of the arena. Disability permit parking is available in this lot. Street parking is also available in the immediate vicinity.

Ulla Searing Big Top. Parking adjacent to the tent is administered by the Boy Scouts, who collect a $5 fee per vehicle. A portion of this fee is retained by the Boy Scouts.
