Calen Cristiani, was born the Sixth generation of one of the most illustrious circus families, that dates back to 1840.
Calen is an acclaimed world class trampoline acrobat in his own right and had been performing professionally since 1992 at the age of 3, with his Father, Tino, his Mother Mara and brother, Mateo in the family’s acclaimed “Cristiani Trampoline Act”.

Calen performed professionally with his brother Mateo for a span of 16 years, recreating the same act their father and uncle accomplished before them. They were featured at various circuses and venues, including Circus Sarasota on three separate occasions in 2002, 2007 and Circus Sarasota’s Summer Circus Spectacular in 2011 to great acclaim, before retiring their trampoline act in 2012 to pursue other passions, one of which for Calen is coaching trampoline and acrobatic tumbling at the Circus Arts Conservatory.

In 1989 The Cristiani Family were honored for their outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the entertainment world at The Ring of Fame at St Armands Circle in Sarasota, FL. The Cristiani Family is one of the feature exhibits at the Tibbals Circus Museum, which is located on the grounds of The Ringling Museum of Art, in Sarasota, FL.
