ADD the person taking the class to your account if you are not taking the class or if multiple people are in your group. Mind Body will not allow one person to take multiple spots in a class, you must add each individual person taking the class to your account and then add them to the class. You will receive a Confirmation email for each person registered for the class.

Example:  Jane Doe purchases 4 silks classes for 4 people and only enrolls herself in the class. Jane has now reserved ONE spot for the class. Jane needs to add each additional person to her account and then add each person to the class.

Parents reserving classes for a child. After creating an account add your child to your account. When reserving a class for your child, add your child to the class and not yourself. This is important, coaches and arena staff need to know if the reservation is for an adult or a child.

Once you have made your purchase and reservations check your email for the Confirmation email for each person registered for the class. This email will have the Class, Day and time of the reservation and the name of the person in the class. If you have reserved spots for multiple people you will receive an email for each person. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience to take a class?

No experience required to join our beginner classes, or youth sampler.

Why do I need to pre-register?

Pre-registering is required due to limited class sizes, equipment availability and safety.  When you pre-register you also pay. Our  arena staff and coaches do not handle payments. All payments and registration goes through Mind Body.

How do I register and how will I know I’m signed up for a class?

It’s easy! Just click Register Now on any of the class pages. You will go to Mind Body where you can see all the classes available and the scheduled days and times for each class.  Select the class you want to join and then pay. You can see below each class how many spots are currently available.

You will receive TWO emails, 1. a purchase receipt and 2. a confirmation email with the name of the person signed up for the class. If multiple people are signed up correctly you will receive a confirmation email for each person registered.

Be sure to add a family member if you are signing up someone else for the class. If you are signing up more than one person for a class you will need to add the other person(s) to your Mind Body as a family member. Then be sure to add each person to the class. If you do not do this you will not have spots reserved for everyone in your group.

If the class is full can I still get in?

No, our class sizes are limited for safety reasons, equipment availability and space in the arena.  If the class is full you may sign up for another day/time.

The class, day and time I want is full, what can I do?

Keep checking Mind Body. Clients may cancel a class reservation up to 24 hours before the class start time.

If a client cancels you will be able to take the spot.  If its less than 24 hours of the class start time clients are not able to cancel.

How do I know if I have signed up for a class and I have a spot reserved?

If you have signed up yourself or your  group properly you will receive the following automated emails from Mind Body

  1. Purchase receipt
  2. Confirmation email with the NAME of the person taking the class.
  3. You can click on your Schedule in Mind Body (if you have family members in your account, you will not be able to see their schedules)

If you have multiple people signed up you will receive a confirmation email for EACH individual person signed up. If you do not receive the emails contact Tonia@circusarts,org or 941-355-9335 ext 326.

Do you allow walk ins?

No, we do not. Pre-registration is required. The class may already be full and our arena staff doesn’t handle or take payments.

There are not enough spots left in the class for my group, can we all still take the class?

No, if a class is full or doesn’t have enough spots left you will need to select another day/time or you may schedule a private class.

The class has different levels, how do I know what level I am?

You can take a beginner class and the coach will access your level and discuss with you after class.

Silks clients may fill out a placement questionnaire. Email Tonia@circusarts.org for the form.

Clients are only allowed to take intermediate or advanced classes with a CAC coach approval.
