Learn how to perform on an aerial Lyra to develop your upper body strength and aerial awareness, connect your skills, and spin. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced aerialists. You will discover how to build your foundation of aerial training on the Lyra safely. The classes include warm-ups, stretching, and conditioning exercises, which are great for building upper-body strength, coordination, and body awareness.
